Cindy Davis, RYT- Cindy’s background in design and music supports her creativity in her yoga classes. Walk out of her Friday night restorative class on a natural high, blissfully happy. Stephen Goldman- his favorite T-shirt reads: "I love the smell of jet fuel for breakfast"...you know he has to be fun! Stephen's playful spirit is a delight to his students! Sherrie Amundsen,RYT- Sherrie's love for yoga, her smile and her great sense of humor keeps her students coming back for more. With a day job as a fire fighter, Sherrie can personally testify to yoga's ability to "calm" the mind. Liz Manning , RYT- Liz is a gentle soul and as a designer, a very creative person. With these skills, Liz teaches yoga with a natural gentle and creative approach. If you are new to yoga, check the schedule for a class with Liz. Meg Clovis, RYT- Meg started practicing yoga in the seventies at Mills College in Oakland, CA, and took a break for family and career priorities. Meg rediscovered her love for yoga in 1998 and has been teaching ever since. Meg's love for yoga and love for teaching is a gift for her students. Sandi O'Neil, RYT- has been practicing yoga for several years with several masters in the Anusara system of yoga. Sandi provides the beginner student a gentle, methodical approach to the basic alignment and form of each posture. Christine Windham, Christine first experienced the transformative power of yoga in 1993. Drawing upon years as a dancer, personal trainer and physical therapy exercise director, she focuses on alignment with attention to breath...safely guiding her students to increase flexibility, strength and balance. Lee Richmond, RYT- Lee's background in modern dance adds charm and creativity to her teaching yoga. Her soft gentle voice and loving manner delights her students. Andrea Harris, RYT- Andrea has been teaching fitness classes for over 10 years and has had extensive training in many facets of fitness including pilates. Andrea brings her diverse experience and love for teaching to Yoga High. A perfect addition to your yoga practice, Andrea will teach a mat pilates class focusing on building strength in the abdomen, lower back, and buttocks.
